Be realistic.  When interest rates are low and job base is growing, it's great to be a seller.  Our market conditions are trending in their own variable because we have had an increase in property values AND low interest rates... but the market is still moving slow because of tight qualifying restraints in Mortgage Lending...limiting the amount of Qualified Buyers. The Sellers are reentering the Market place at a better pace... but inventory is still low.  Resource and Agent that will assist you in being aware of the market conditions in your area. ME!
